Perfectly situated and suited to be a vintner's dream, Carina VII boasts the production of the best wines in the Federation. These wines are not only sought after by the elite of Federation members, but also is critical in trade negotiations with the Ferengi, Klingons, and many others. However, it recently stated having problems with its crops and being situated near the Romulan neutral zone makes people wonder if there isn't a more sinister reason than merely some biological issue.
