Long Description:

Or is it a crumbling eyesore, standing in the way of the new housing development? This doesn’t seem like something that would concern famous teen sleuths Frank and Joe Hardy. But when the headquarters of the local historical society is vandalized, they are drawn into the case. It isn’t long before they realize that there is far more to this ominous structure than meets the eye, and that sinister forces are at work.
