Oligopoly is an economic game that mirrors the relationship between the private and public sector in the real world. Businesses and cities compete and cooperate for scarce resources. This is primarily a machine building, trading game with similar organized chaos as NSDM (The National Security Decision Making Game). As a business leader, your goal is to carve a niche within the complex global economy -- and profit from trade with other businesses and cities.
