Building on the success of my Star Wars themed exercise classes, I have designed an intense plyometric workout for Dungeons and Dragons Barbarians! Everyone knows that what is best in life is, βTo crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women!β while preparing our bodies for the rigors of a full day of Gen Con! While any fitness level can be accommodated, if you have joint challenges, especially knees or ankles, you might want to consider my third year offerings of Sith Core and Mandalorian Martial Arts, my Jedi Yoga class now in its fifth year, or my brand new body weight workout Fit Fighter.
