Move with the grace of the breeze itself. We will focus on agility exercises and training. Stability, balance, footwork, and some basic acrobatic movement will all be covered in this workshop.
Long Description:
This class is for all levels, and all exercises can be modified for ability level, and done without equipment at home, but participants should be able to kick legs and swing arms without obstruction.
