This is a plyometric workout designed to maximize your inner barbarian's rage-filled berserk attack. If you have joint challenges, especially knees or ankles, consider one of my other classes.
Long Description:
Following on the success of my Star Wars themed exercise classes, I have designed an intense plyometric workout for Dungeons and Dragons Barbarians! Everyone knows that what is best in life is, “To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women!” while preparing our bodies for the rigors of a full day of Gen Con!
