A large glass eye, texture and painted finishes transform a wood hinged cigar box to a fantasy storage chest.
Long Description:
Start with an unfinished wood hinged "cigar" box (8.32" x 8.10" x 1.75") as the base and then use Aves epoxy clay to add texture. Embed a glass eye and finish with Plaid paints and you've created the perfect dragon (or monster of your own design).
The result is a one-of-a kind fantasy storage box, great for dice, cards, remote controls and more.
We supply everything you need. You are welcome to bring other small items (e.g., beads, crystals, stones, etc.) to "attach" to your box using the clay as a "setting."
Epoxy clay takes time to air dry to a hard finish depending on the thickness of the application. You are welcomed to leave your box in the classroom and pick it up later in the day so you don't have to carry it with you.
Children are welcome but must be supervised.
