Emon was destroyed when Thordack attacked. Since he has been slain, recovery has been slow to say the least. The new council is falling into old habits & Allura needs help.
Long Description:
Allura Vysoren is in great need. The new council is proving to be difficult under the best circumstances and the circumstances are getting worse as shipments from Kraghammer have not been arriving. She has been searching for adventures interested in helping the city on her own since the council will not act on this issue. She has requested that those adventurers who want to help rebuild Emon meet her at noon at the designated area.
