Kids will get to choose, color, cut out, & perform simple translucent shadow puppets with veteran shadow puppeteer, Jim Napolitano. Learn techniques to further explore shadow puppetry at home.
Long Description:
Make your very own shadow puppet with Jim Napolitano. Participants will create and perform simple shadow puppets with simple easy-to-acquire materials. Additional information will be presented that will allow further exploration of shadow puppetry beyond the workshop. For this workshop kids should have proficiency with scissors, or an adult-like assistant who is proficient with scissors.
