To the dismay of the Real Humans campaign and the political competition, Allison Major was elected City Manager by a landslide, which means we’re exploring Up Top. A group of natural and engineered mutants found evidence of one city’s scientists’ explorations in mutation, and old controversies have resurfaced. Was it for the greater good, or was something more sinister in mind?
