Long Description:
Funding a game requires mastering the art of the pitch. Selling a game to established and independent publishers, or to a Kickstarter crowd to fund, is the crucial step towards publication. Filmmaker Douglas Morse has been recording pitches for his film Adventures on the Tabletop. Using footage from the film (a work in progress) he will bring together a panel of established and independent publishers and game designers to explore what makes a pitch successful or ineffective. The discussion will necessarily examine game design and illustration in relation to successfully publishing a game.
