The ongoing struggles with the Inner Sphere have placed too great a drain on military resources and so at this time there are only a limited number of 'Mechs available for use in the Trial as the Khan refuses to dilute the honor of the Trial by including anything which is not a front line Omnimech. Consider this Trial a test not only of your Combat skills but of your adaptability as well.
