Building on the success of my Star Wars themed exercise classes, I have designed an effective body weight workout for Dungeons and Dragons Fighters! More than just push ups and squats, though I won't deny they are included. An excellent means of developing body control while preparing our bodies for the rigors of a full day of Gen Con! You might also want to consider my third year offerings of Sith Core and Mandalorian Martial Arts, my Jedi Yoga classes now in its fifth year, or the second year of my plyometric based workout Buff Barbarian.
The world is broken, the Land of the Dead no longer accepts those who have died and it is up to a small group of Maori adventurers to set things right.
Description:
The Land of the Dead no longer accepts fresh souls (perhaps they are full?) and the living dead walk the Earth bringing death and destruction wherever they go. Roughly based on The Dead Lands movie and series, players will assume the roles of Maori adventurers tasked the with the quest to not only deduce what has happened to break the world but also somehow figure out how to fix things...if possible! This is a Call of Cthulhu adventure after all... Play the game and take the adventure home; players will be offered free electronic copies of the characters and the adventure notes.
While this is my fifth year for Jedi Yoga, this is the first that will incorporate flows and more challenging poses with contemplation of Jedi wisdom woven throughout.

It is a pleasure to weave together my love of Star Wars and my love of physical fitness. Don’t be intimidated by that statement. If you are curious to test yourself, please join us. Modification of flows and poses is always possible. I do recommend a yoga mat or a beach towel, but that is not required.
